The following four steps are a high-level snapshot of the coaching process you will go through regardless of your goal. For some people, getting started will be a huge win; for others, they have already done the inner work needed and can begin at step 4.
Each client will go through a more detailed process based on where they are now, where they want to go, and how we agree is the best way to get there once I understand your story.

Next, we'll focus on developing behaviors to help you overcome limiting beliefs and achieve victories. These behaviors will become a new routine for all aspects of your life. This is where most people find their inner power and true purpose, enabling them to achieve more than they ever imagined.

ACCOUNTABILTY AND ACHIEVE GOALS
The remaining work will focus on reinforcing your behaviors and using them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of your coaching program. Your life coach will celebrate your successes with you and help you set new goals.
