The Method

The following 4 steps are a high-level snapshot of the coaching process you will go through regardless of your goal. For some people getting started will be a huge win, for others, they have already done the inner work needed and can begin at step 4. 

 

Each client will go through a more detailed process based on where they are now, where they want to go, and how we agree is the best way to get there once I understand your story.

GET STARTED

This is the most important part, if you do not take action, you will never get anywhere.

SELF DISCOVERY

Where you are at this moment in life is a result of decisions you have made whether it be consciously or unconsciously. Everything has a cause and effect. All decisions we make come from a set of beliefs that we have about ourselves and the world around us. Before you can tackle goals in your career, relationship or health, you must first do inner work to develop a greater understanding of yourself, and how you view the world around you.

DEVELOP BEHAVIORS TO OVERCOME LIMITING BELIEFS 

Next, we will focus on developing behaviors to help you overcome beliefs holding you back and get some wins. These behaviors will become a new routine that you can use for every aspect of your life. This is the point where most people find their inner power and true purpose. Once you find where your power is, you can achieve more than you ever imagined.

 ACCOUNTABILTY AND ACHIEVE GOALS 

The rest of your work with will focus on reinforcing your behaviors and using them to achieve the goals you set in the beginning of your coaching program. As you achieve goals, your life coach will celebrate your successes with you and help you set new goals to take on.
